George Crutchfield, Founder & President of FISales Executive Recruiting, graduated from the University of Georgia in 1983 and began his sales career with the John H. Harland Company. Mr. Crutchfield achieved Top Sales Performer recognition in a variety of roles including Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Major Account Manager, and Vice President within their CRM Software division.

Mr. Crutchfield was recruited from Harland to join Prime Response, a Denver-based start-up that delivered Marketing Automation software to the Fortune 500. As Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Crutchfield was responsible for opening and developing the Southeast Market (21 states and Mexico).

In 2000, Prime Response was acquired by Chordiant Software. Mr. Crutchfield was brought in as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on the Northeast and Canadian markets.

After almost 20 years of successful Sales and Sales Management experience, Mr. Crutchfield started FISales Executive Recruiting in January 2002.


Rob Newton, Senior Vice President of FISales Executive Recruiting graduated from the University of Alabama and began his career as a CPA in 1977. After 5 years, he left to work for one of his clients, Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, an international franchising organization, where he served as COO for their largest Region, comprised of California, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam.

In 1991 Mr. Newton embarked on an entrepreneurial path and started the first of many successful ventures owning medical equipment, technology, global human resources, and hospitality companies.

In the last 20 years, throughout all of his ventures, being able to recruit top sales and management teams has been the key to his success. He is an innovative thinker with broad-based expertise in business development, sales, marketing and operations.
